My approach is grounded in warmth and genuine connection. I offer a compassionate, calm presence in therapy—creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported.

I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma work, perinatal mental health, and evidence-based approaches to couples therapy including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Whether you’re healing from past wounds, strengthening your relationship, or facing a major life transition, I tailor our work together to fit your unique goals and needs.

Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented. I'm here to walk alongside you with curiosity and care, as we work together toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
